Youth Counselling Rooms
Our Youth Counselling Rooms provide young people with access to professional one-to-one support in a safe, confidential, and welcoming environment.
These sessions are delivered by experienced practitioners who offer compassionate, person-centred support tailored to the individual needs of each young person.

about
At Crisis Cafe, we recognise that some young people may benefit from more structured therapeutic support alongside our drop-in spaces, workshops, and peer-led programmes. Our Youth Counselling Rooms provide a calm and private environment where young people can speak openly about what they are experiencing without fear of judgement.
Counselling sessions are delivered by qualified and experienced professionals who work closely with young people to provide support that is empathetic, confidential, and centred around the individual. Support may focus on a wide range of experiences, including:
-
Anxiety and stress
-
Low mood and emotional wellbeing
-
Relationships and family difficulties
-
Self-esteem and confidence
-
Grief and loss
-
Feeling overwhelmed or isolated
-
Managing life changes and personal challenges
We understand that asking for help can feel difficult. Our aim is to create a space that feels approachable, supportive, and safe from the moment a young person walks through the door.
Counselling at Crisis Café is built around trust, respect, and understanding. Young people are supported at their own pace and encouraged to express themselves in ways that feel comfortable to them.
Our wider Crisis Café environment also helps young people feel connected beyond counselling sessions, allowing them to access community, creativity, and additional support within the same safe space.
