Our group work and workshops provide young people with opportunities to meet others, explore creativity, develop coping strategies, and take part in supportive conversations in a relaxed, non-judgemental environment.
Groups at Crisis Cafe are designed to feel welcoming, accessible, and pressure-free. Some sessions focus on creativity and self-expression, while others are centred around social connection, confidence building, wellbeing, and shared experiences.
Current and upcoming groups include:
Link Sessions (18–24)
Previously known as Link Lounge, Link Sessions are pre-booked wellbeing and social sessions for women and non-binary young people aged 18–24. These guided sessions focus on creating a calm, supportive environment where young people can connect with others, explore different topics and activities, and build confidence in a safe space.

Young People’s Creative Outlet Group age 14+
A creative and expressive space for young people who enjoy art, writing, music, media, photography, and other creative outlets. This group encourages self-expression and emotional wellbeing through creativity while helping young people build friendships and confidence in a relaxed setting.
Activities may vary throughout the year and can include collaborative projects, themed workshops, creative challenges, and showcase opportunities.
