About
Accessible Mental Health Support for Young People
We are a community based service dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people. At Crisis Cafe, we’re changing how support is accessed by creating a space that feels safe, welcoming, and easy to walk into, no matter what someone is going through.
We know that traditional services can feel overwhelming or hard to reach. That’s why Crisis Cafe removes those barriers. There are no referrals, no waiting lists, and no pressure. Young people can simply drop in and be met with understanding, respect, and support when they need it most.
Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, or just not quite themselves, they don’t need to be in crisis to come through our doors. Our team of trained staff and peer support workers are here to listen, offer one-to-one support, and help young people make sense of what they’re feeling in a calm, non-judgemental environment.
Alongside individual support, we offer group activities, workshops, and practical tools designed to help young people build confidence, develop coping strategies, and feel more in control of their mental health. Everything we do is shaped around the real experiences and needs of the young people we support.
Crisis Cafe is more than a place to go, it’s a space to be heard, understood, and supported. We’re here to make sure no young person feels like they have to figure things out alone.
