Designed for students and young adults interested in mental health, youth work, social impact, and leadership, the programme empowers young people to use their voice, ideas, and experiences to support others and shape meaningful projects.

The Ambassador & Leadership Programme is designed for young people who care about making a difference. Whether you are studying Health & Social Care, Psychology, Social Work, Youth Work, Media, Marketing, or simply have a genuine passion for supporting others, this programme offers opportunities to grow personally and professionally while contributing to the Crisis Café community.
Ambassadors play an active role in helping us create welcoming, youth-focused spaces and campaigns that reflect the real experiences of young people today. This may include supporting events, helping with creative projects, contributing ideas for awareness campaigns, assisting with peer-led activities, or representing Crisis Café within schools, colleges, universities, and the wider community.
