

☕ Drop In Cafes
Our drop-in cafés are safe, welcoming spaces for young people to relax, connect and access support in a low-pressure environment.
There’s no referral needed and no expectation to talk if you don’t want to. You can drop in, grab a drink, take part in an activity, or just sit and breathe.
All sessions run from 3:30pm – 7:00pm.
🏋🏻♀️ Safe here, safe everywhere cafe
Safe Here, Safe Everywhere is a free, confidential, and welcoming drop in space for young women girls and gender diverse young people age 13-18 who have been affected by gender based violence of any form.
We offer:
-Providing specialist assessment, advocacy and support to young women, girls and gender diverse young people affected by gender based violence.
- A calm and supportive trauma informed environment.
-Trained professional staff to talk to.
-Signposting to specialist internal and external services if needed.
- Empowerment workshops and information, and support with wellbeing, safety and rights.
-Exploring what GBV may look like in everyday life
-How to recognise, challenge and change harmful behaviours
- Building respect, empathy and equality between young people
-Connection to others who may have had similar experiences.
- Professional support in a non clinical, non stigmatising space where young people can simply be themselves , feel seen and access trusted support at their own pace.

🌿 DropIn Cafe
Ages 12–18
A relaxed after-school space for young people to unwind.
Whether you’ve had a tough day or just want somewhere calm to go, Monday sessions offer:

You don’t need to be in crisis to attend.

Ages 13–18
A social space for friendship and connection
Social Bytes offers a welcoming environment where young people can:

Build confidence in a relaxed setting

Access support if needed
It’s about community, creativity and conversation, not pressure.
